The following error message appears.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 409px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com\/help.autodesk.com\/sfdcarticles\/img\/0EM3A000000ScZ9\" alt=\"Exception in vl.crx ARX command\" width=\"399\" height=\"172\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Exception in vl.crx ARX command<\/p><\/div>\n<h4>Solution<\/h4>\n<p>To solve this problem go to Windows settings for <em>Region<\/em> and <em>Change system locale&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In the Region Settings dialogue you uncheck the option\u00a0<em>Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support<\/em><i>.<\/i><\/p>\n<h4>Further reading<\/h4>\n<p>The vl.crx-problem is described in short above. Autodesk posted a <a href=\"https:\/\/knowledge.autodesk.com\/support\/autocad\/troubleshooting\/caas\/sfdcarticles\/sfdcarticles\/Error-VLISP-internal-error-opening-AutoCAD-2019.html\">workaround<\/a> to that problem.
